STRA is run by volunteers who give their time freely. Whilst we endeavour to get things right first time there may be occasions where we fall short.
If you have a complaint or concern about STRA please contact us in the first instance. We will aim to resolve your complaint within 10 days. If this is not possible, we will carry out a complaint investigation and aim to complete this within 28 days.
The chair or deputy chair of STRA will contact you during the investigation to discuss your complaint and we will write to you confirming the outcome of the investigation, explaining any actions we will take.

If after contacting us directly you do not feel that your complaint has been resolved to your satisfaction, please raise the matter with one of the Sudbury Ward Councillors copying info@stra.org.uk and e.media@stra.org.uk in any email correspondence.
