Join STRA at a meeting or by post
We want community involvement to be accessible for everyone. That's why we've created this quick and easy three-step guide to joining STRA either at a meeting or by post.
However, if you are able, please join STRA online as this relieves administrative stress for our volunteers, which means we can all devote more time to our projects and campaigns – and help realise Sudbury's full potential.
If not, no worries – we'll be delighted to welcome you to STRA whichever way you decide to join us!
Step one
Fill out our membership form..

Step two
Give us your filled-out membership form.
Bring your membership form along to one of our meetings or social events and hand it to our membership secretary.
Membership forms filled out digitally should be emailed to Jean at membership@stra.org.uk.
All forms and payment must be in a sealed envelope addressed to STRA Membership.
You can post the sealed envelope in the green STRA LETTER BOX located at:

Step three
Set up a standing order to pay your membership fee annually (fee suspended for 2023).
You can set one up by filling out our standing order form and giving it to your bank.
Print out and fill in this form. Give it to your bank to set up a standing order to STRA.

Other ways to pay
Standing order payments require the least administrative effort on our part, which means we can spend more time making Sudbury a place we can all be proud of.
However, here are some other ways you can pay your membership fee:

Sudbury in Bloom
On Saturday 29 May 2021 STRA and WCARA joined hands again to spread some colour and happiness around Sudbury Town with the gift of free bedding plants.
STRA applied for and received a grant from Brent Council Love Where You Live Grant.
Social Media
STRA has two Facebook Pages, one for general STRA matters and one for events. Sudbury Town also has its own Facebook page.
